On November 19-21, the fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will take part in the annual international security conference in Halifax.
Poroshenko will present his vision of the development of political processes and progress in democratic reforms in Ukraine, solidarity against Russian aggression, as well as a rapprochement with the EU and NATO. Poroshenko will be speaking alongside other leading Western politicians and experts on international security on both sides of the Atlantic.
A number of bilateral contacts with representatives of Canadian and American political circles, as well as communication with the Western media, are planned during his stay in Halifax.
