Petro Poroshenko, on the air of American journalist Farid Zakari’s program on CNN, called on Western allies to give Ukraine even more weapons and ammunition.
Instead of the flowers that Russia expected to receive, Molotov cocktails, or, as they are now called in Ukraine, “Bandera Smoothies”, are given instead. In three days, Russia lost 4,500 people, hundreds of tanks and armored vehicles, as well as five dozen planes and helicopters,” Petro Poroshenko said.
“Today, the Ukrainian military is demonstrating how strong we all are. They are doing most of the work, but the whole country is resisting,” the fifth President said.
“What do we need? Ukraine needs radio stations, bulletproof vests, helmets. However, most of all, we need anti-aircraft systems, Stingers, to counter Russian helicopters. We still need anti-tank systems, Javelin, NLAW, and other models, because almost every defense unit must be equipped with anti-tank weapons. And this will help us stop Russian tanks. And Russian tank crews will then refuse to go to Ukraine, because their death will be inevitable,” Poroshenko said.
“We need air defense systems, we also need to supply them,” Petro Poroshenko said.
