Petro Poroshenko brought a batch of equipment to the Eastern Front. Three mobile car repair workshops, which are made by volunteers of the NGO Sprava Hromad on the basis of British DAF trucks, were transferred to the units of the Separate Presidential Brigade named after Bohdan Khmelnytskyi.
They thanked for the equipment and presented Poroshenko with the flag of the 23rd separate battalion from the Presidential Brigade.

Workshops are equipped with the necessary tools for repairing military equipment and allow you to restore combat vehicles without wasting precious time on long trips to rear repair bases.

“It’s not an easy task to think about where to deliver broken equipment – to the factory, to a repair hangar or even abroad. NATO creates workshops abroad, where Ukraine hauls damaged equipment for repair. But there are things that can be done here and now. To enable our tanks or trucks to continue working. And this problem is solved by a mobile car repair workshop,” Petro Poroshenko explains. He also noted that the recommendations of the military were taken into account during the production of workshops.

“This is our development and our production, and they have proven themselves very well at the front,” says the fifth President.

Units of the Presidential Brigade are currently conducting offensive operations in the Bakhmut, Avdiyivka, and Kupyansk regions. “And this is the case when equipment repair is needed here and now. There is no time to wait 2 months for repairs,” Poroshenko explains. And, pointing to the crane of one of the car repair shops, he adds: “and we will hang Putin on this hook. It is strong and will last.”
