Petro Poroshenko, in an interview on Channel 5, said what is needed for peace in the coming 2025 to become a reality.
“To do this, we must become stronger. Russia must weaken due to sanctions through the strengthening of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and through the strengthening of the Ukrainian economy. Do I believe that peace is possible in 2025? I believe. Let’s make Ukraine stronger,” said the fifth President.
“We cannot take Russia in numbers, because it has both mobile reserves and mobile resources much higher. But we can be ahead technologically. And in these conditions, having the support of the West, this victory can be ensured,” Poroshenko believes.
“We just need to fight. Fight for the support of the Americans. We need to fight for the Europeans. We need to build relationships of trust. And for this, we need to fight corruption; we need to fight incompetence, and electoral schizophrenia and ensure unity in the country. And then Ukraine will be strong,” Petro Poroshenko emphasizes.
“Remember these words. Whoever is campaigning for the elections now is a distributor of Russian IPSO. Because Russia wants us to be weak. And some short-sighted politicians who want to break into power do not understand that we can lose Ukraine because of these processes,” Petro Poroshenko warned.
