The volume of assistance to the Defense Forces units from the Poroshenko Foundation exceeded 7 billion hryvnias

The volume of assistance from the Poroshenko Foundation to the brigades and units of the Defense Forces exceeded 7 billion hryvnias. And the number of military units that have received assistance since the beginning of the full-scale invasion is about two hundred.

“The fate of Ukraine today is being written in dugouts and trenches along the entire front line. But it is also being created in volunteer and charity headquarters, because sometimes entire sections of the front are held on precisely by this assistance. Today, the whole world celebrates Charity Day. For the Poroshenko Foundation, the last three years have passed in constant motion. Together with volunteers from the NGO “Sprava Hromad”, we are constantly expanding the list of units that we help. Currently, we have about 200 wards — from companies and battalions to brigades, regiments and entire army corps. And we constantly meet them at the front — always with gifts that save lives and bring victory closer,” the fifth President writes on social networks.

“On this day every year we report on what we have done. And this month we crossed the mark of 7 billion hryvnias of our own funds with Marina, directed to the needs of the army since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Back then, these were machine guns, bulletproof vests, first-aid kits and pickup trucks. Today, the scale of assistance includes Oshkosh tractors, repair shops, excavators, personnel transport buses, mobile command posts, FODEN “babies”, mobile tire repair shops, DAF YA and DAF Leyland trucks, excavators, PARM, Poseidon UAVs, ATVs, mobile baths, dome EWs, Starlinks, charging stations, Mavics, Tsukorok drone detectors, truck tires and FPV drones — both conventional and fiber optic,” Poroshenko notes.

“But the Fund is not limited to purchases. We also invest in development: this is how the AI-Petri counterintelligence tool appeared, capable of fighting enemy drones and even KABs, as well as Tsukorok and Aspirin 2.0, which warn of a threat from the air and save the lives of tens of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers every day,” the leader of Eurosolidarity states.

“We systematically support the Ukrainian defense industry. We cannot say much about this yet, but we are convinced: only innovations will help break the enemy. Despite all the obstacles, we will continue to go to the front, bring aid and expand our programs. And the number shown in the picture today will only grow. Thank you to everyone who helps the army! Together, we will win!”, Petro Poroshenko is convinced.
